Located on the southern outskirts of Brussels, in the extension of the Parc des Collines, Wellwood fully responds to current societal and environmental issues. The project proposes to create an inspiring place, unifying and adaptable to the evolution of companies, their growth while being within the Walloon Brabant province. Buildings are more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

 

Conviviality and relaxation are at the heart of the project: terraces, rooftops, squares between buildings, fun equipment (basketball hoops, petanque courts, tables, etc).
