NETWORK II

Following the construction of Résonance as an extension of the Network I building, Network II is the 3rd office building developed by Codic at the heart of the new Victor Hugo Eco-district. Network II is situated in the immediate vicinity of the Porte d’Orléans, along the main axis of the southern gates of Paris and is well served by public transports (RER B, Metro line 4 and line 15 of the Grand Paris Express network). It therefore appeals to users, together with a perfect connection to the center of Paris as well as to its business districts.

Designed by the architecture firm BRENAC & GONZALEZ, Network II is now embedded as an essential reference building at the town entrance of Bagneux. The facades show an alternating play between aligned and withdrawn shapes, unveiling many terraces and creating a pleasant, supportive environment for workers. The three certifications granted to Network II (HQE, BREEAM and WIREDSCORE) also stand for high environmental performance and excellent Internet connectivity.
