IMMEUBLE PROGRES

This 5,000m² building is part of the development of the ‘Gaucheret’ Zone of Regional Interest. It falls under the scope of a much bigger real estate project that includes the Zenith Building (30,000m² of offices), 155 apartments, shops, a local nursery and a 2.3 ha park.

The Progrès building attracted the attention of the Vlaamse Maatschappij voor Watervoorziening (Flanders’ water supplier), which decided to set up its head office there. Its location right next to the Gare du Nord railway station, as well as the building’s exceptional energy performance, especially in terms of insulation, fall under the scope of this company’s sustainable development policy.
