CARRE D'OR
Carré d’Or – Château Roussillon is a shopping and leisure centre project with a total GLA of 20,000 m² in Perpignan, dedicated to the home and family. It offers a wide range of restaurants and cafes, 9 medium-sized stores, 37 shops and service points, 6 restaurants and 750 parking spaces.
Entrusted to the architects’ firm DGLA, the project benefits from a high-quality style in terms of architecture and landscaping, in an effort to perfectly integrate the site with the environment while remaining faithful to a tradition inspired by Catalan colours – ochre and terracotta – and creating a unique place where shopping and quality of life are closely linked. It will be just as exemplary in terms of sustainable development, especially as regards energy management, and will be subject to BREEAM certification.
